Sales Rep Joey Ryall was outstanding in all regards. His knowledge of the Corvette line is spot-on. Criswell Chevrolet had exactly the model (2017 Grand Sport 2LT), color (Watkins Glen Gray), and optional items I want. I was contacted quickly and everyone was friendly, responsive and helpful. I've purchased many cars and this was only the second dealership where I felt no pressure. Would have liked to have seen more price flexibility, as we all want. However, after looking for a similar car with similar mileage and options I couldn't find a better deal anywhere, nationwide, so I guess I understand the lack of flexibility in pricing and realized I got a good deal. So far, I'm really enjoying experience. I would recommend this dealership.

Dealer contacted me quickly and offer what appears to be a good price, however, they were rude and arrogant, bragging about the fact that they are the 3rd largest corvette dealer in the US after telling me I have the highest mileage car in the entire country (spoiler alert, I don't). Overall, for the money you will be spending on a new vehicle I believe there are places that will treat you far better and don't have to insult you or your vehicle in an attempt to drive the value down.

Had me waiting for ever, just so they can turn my offer of 43,000 toward a truck with a final price of 45,000. The truck still has not sold in four or five months..I know it's a business but I cannot refuse 43,000 because of 2,000 dollars of Greed!!!! Terrible salesman and service was poor.

Excellent. While I did not purchase the 2006 Corvette, I did see a later model car that we did eventually wind up purchasing. Both the sales rep and general manager were very cordial and willing to work with us. The dealership had a fairly large inventory of used Corvettes at reasonable prices.

I went to the dealership had to wait for sassaslesman to come to work that was OK because he did not know I was going to show that day I looked at there car it was really dirty and it did not look it did on the internet they played there little give me your keys game I have a 2007 base 6 speed in very good condition higher on the milage 89,000 and he ask me where I had to be I told him and he offered me 12,000 for my car I told him he was crazy and walked out the door I will never go bsck there and I will let every Corvette person I know about this dealer

Very quick response to my inquiry and the professional service continued throughout the process until I picked up the car 5 days later. I was very knowledgeable of what I was buying and bought the car at a very fair price. As an out of state internet buyer, you depend heavily on the representation of the car by the sales person. What I was told on the phone and e-mails regarding the car was exactly what I found when I showed up to buy the car. The Criswell organization is very well versed in accommodating out of town internet customers. Very good experience. My salesperson, Peter, was exceptional. He arranged for my pick up at the airport and made sure my buying experience was positive. Overall, great communication, good price, no hassles, no high pressure tactics, and no surprises. Would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Criswell Automotive.

Sales rep from Criswell contacted me the same day that I put in a request for more information. I asked for more info on the vehicle that the rep was unable to provide. I got a phone call the next day that the vehicle was in Frederick, MD at another dealer that Criswell used for the purpose of MD state inspection. I was told by the sales rep that I would be getting more photos and all the info that I wanted when the vehicle was returned to their lot in Gaithersburg, MD. All of that was over a week ago and no photo, no info. Guess what I think of Criswell Chevrolet!

I called at about 1:00pm to verify that the car I was interested in was still available. 15 minutes later, I received a call from the salesperson, who stated that it was. So I drove 45 minutes to the dealer, whereupon the salesperson informed me that someone had just purchased the car. So as not to waste a trip, I then looked at another car of the same model, but I had to wait another hour or so to speak at length to the salesperson, who was busy with another customer. After all the delays, I learned that the dealership wanted to low ball me on my trade-in because it is a type of car it doesn't well--which might have been explained before I made my trip to see a car the dealer no longer had. The salesperson was friendly enough, but I was not impressed with these folks at all. My impression is that they already sell as many cars as they want in a relatively affluent area, and so don't care much about customer service.

The salesman contacted me several times. He wasn't able to provide me with the deal I needed, so I chose to move on to plan B. I don't have anything negative to say about the dealer in particular. The car I was looking at had been reduced in price on the internet by $1,000.00 the previous weekend, but that price wasn't offered to me. Life goes on.

I made appointment to see the car. I gave him call the dealer sales person before started driving by the appointment day . He told me that he have the car , I am looking for and he asked me what time I will be there , I told him I will be there after 20 minutes that mean after driving 17 miles. I picked my friend and drove to criswell Chevrolet dealership but when we reach to the building he call and told me that the car was sold before 10 min . I am sorry for them how take care the customer and making business including the manger mark .

I was very impressed with Ian Rose and Criswell. Very upfront and transparent. Ian told me he was the "anti-salesman". He delivered on his promise, and the internet price was far less than other dealers. I will be sending my family and friends to Ian.
