Why it stands out
The 2020 Chevrolet Equinox distinguishes itself in the competitive compact SUV market by offering a solid blend of comfort and utility. Known for its spacious interior, the Equinox accommodates passengers and cargo with ease, thanks in part to its sliding rear seat feature that allows for optimal space management. The vehicle is equipped with a variety of standard safety technologies under the Chevy Safety Assist umbrella, making it a family-friendly option. Although some owners express concerns over its performance, particularly in lower trim levels, the available turbocharged engines perform well for daily driving. The design of the Equinox leans toward a clean and modern aesthetic, eschewing overt SUV styling while providing a quality riding experience. With a balanced approach between functionality and comfort, it remains a popular choice among compact SUV buyers.

1. Remote start on the key fob doesn’t work 2. Tires sensors are not functional 3. The hood keeps flapping at 70mph 4. Engine light is on 5. Traction light is on 6. Tires low pressure lights are on 7. Change oil light is on 8. Hydraulic and wiper tanks cannot hold fluid That vehicle is not safe to drive, not road worthy and I will be surprised if it passes inspection

I got this car less than a week ago. I got the premium 2.0 model with the panoramic roof and ventilated seats. The features are very good, I got the 2 tone leather interior which is also very sharp. The 2.0 turbo engine feels as good as if not more powerful than my V6 in my Jeep Cherokee I had prior. There is a ton of space in this vehicle for this size category. It runs quiet and smooth, the cabin is quiet also. It seems to be going through gas quickly so the verdict is out on gas mileage. The electric seats give endless settings, however I havent been able to find my comfortable spot yet for some reason. This car had better reliability ratings than other vehicles I looked at and offered a lot of features you would see in a Lincoln or higher end car for the money.
