Why it stands out
The 2020 Chevrolet Equinox is designed as a reliable daily driver, appealing to buyers looking for comfort, fuel economy, and usable interior space. Notable is its standard suite of advanced safety features, dubbed Chevy Safety Assist, which provides drivers peace of mind. The Equinox sets itself apart in the compact SUV market with commendable technology, including easy-to-use infotainment options and connectivity features. While the general performance may not excite driving enthusiasts due to its fairly pedestrian handling, it manages a balanced ride quality that suffices for everyday use. The inclusion of a sliding rear seat for added versatility in passenger and cargo space is a thoughtful feature. Although some reviews mention concerns about interior material quality and performance issues, the overall value proposition remains strong, especially with continued incentives and rebates typically available for this model.

1. Remote start on the key fob doesn’t work 2. Tires sensors are not functional 3. The hood keeps flapping at 70mph 4. Engine light is on 5. Traction light is on 6. Tires low pressure lights are on 7. Change oil light is on 8. Hydraulic and wiper tanks cannot hold fluid That vehicle is not safe to drive, not road worthy and I will be surprised if it passes inspection

I got this car less than a week ago. I got the premium 2.0 model with the panoramic roof and ventilated seats. The features are very good, I got the 2 tone leather interior which is also very sharp. The 2.0 turbo engine feels as good as if not more powerful than my V6 in my Jeep Cherokee I had prior. There is a ton of space in this vehicle for this size category. It runs quiet and smooth, the cabin is quiet also. It seems to be going through gas quickly so the verdict is out on gas mileage. The electric seats give endless settings, however I havent been able to find my comfortable spot yet for some reason. This car had better reliability ratings than other vehicles I looked at and offered a lot of features you would see in a Lincoln or higher end car for the money.
