Horrible. While closing this deal, my salesman was ordered to sell this car to a walk in person behind my back. Unscrupulous and in professional.

Salesman was nice and helpful. The car on the other hand was not as described. The exterior condition was poor, and there were obvious mechanical issue with the engine that the dealership admired they ignored when pushed. Based on this, they lost my trust, and lost the sale.

Stay far away! Classic dealership, ten guys out front hunting you down. Changed four sales reps before ever getting in the car. Test drove it and the guy was reaching over up shifting for me. I drive a manual daily, I think I can handle the paddles. They came back with a ridiculous offer on a $40,000 car. An looked at me all funny like “how dare I refuse his offer of $65k at 60mths at a 1,079 a month. It’s just kept getting worse and I was only there for a hour an a half before I walked out. Bottom line, go else where for a car.

We test drove this vehicle on Friday evening, 6/22/18. The rep we had was young, had only been working there for about 3mo., but was very courteous and helpful. He didn't have all the answers, but he honestly told us when he didn't know something and that's fine - I'd much rather have that, than to have somebody try and bluff their way through something and give incorrect or even misleading info. The car was solid and will probably make somebody a good car - we're still looking though for now.

Well it was an awesome and a different level experience i had at Fitzgerald car shopper the ladies who attended to me were awesome and incredible i.e ASHLEY and LUNA hope I haven't gotten the names all mixed up LOL. They both acted professionally and gave me a listening ear and responded properly to all my question with no hesitation and though many paper work to sign but it was worthy because it was fun all through until i left the office.

Suv was a mechanics specail, no mention of that on website description or after speaking to sales rep. Dealership wanted another $6000 for repairs.

Had a great experience; the sales people were very knowledgable about performance cars. Loved the no-haggle price policy as I'm not a good haggler. I researched this model and the price was very reasonable for the car. I would buy another car from this dealer.

The truck pictured on your site is not the truck on their lot. The one and only Tacoma on their lot shares the same VIN but has after market rims cheesy rubber fender extensions and used to have commercial lettering/logo on the door. Which when questioned about two different people denied. What else are they lying about?

Didn't reply from the first email but after that they responded really quick and got straight to answering my questions. If I ever buy a car again I would recommend this dealer.

The dealer wasn't able to help me find my car even after they told me to come in person (twice) and they will search in person. However I learn and understand some of their search process and was able to get a volt premier model in NY on the last day of GM special for just 30k OTD! Happy with my car now but this dealer didn't do enough for me to get my car until I did the research myself on the last day. The managers there did everything they can on the last day however it was their sales associate that drag my time for two days and no doing anything until their managers step in. So for their managers I give them A for trying to find me a volt on the last day of GM promo.

I went and made a deal. filled out paperwork and waited. 2 hours later 45 min. after closing they came back and cut the offer on my trade in half . i dont feel this is acceptable. I have dealt with them for years. and this is the second very bad experience this year.
