I reached out to Balise Toyota regarding availability of this vehicle. I received a email immediately from Mike Pena with a date and time to view this car. The picture of the car did not do it justice. The vehicle and color were amazing. It was clean and had a rich black leather interior. I took the vehicle for a test drive and fell in love with it. The cost of the vehicle was in my price range so I purchased this vehicle. Mike Pena was an amazing salesperson to work with. I would recommend him as well as this dealer.

The dealer contacted me both by telephone and by email and both times were very courteous. I would very much love to do business with them, and my hope is that, based on the description of the Toyota Tundra I am looking for and described in both my email and telephone conversation, they will find one among their various dealerships and we can work out a deal. The fact is I am 70 years old and this will probably be the last vehicle I ever buy. To that end, I know what I want and when I find it I am definitely going to buy it.

I confirmed with the dealership at the end of business day that the car was available and took time off from my job to go for a test drive at business opening the next day. When I arrived the car was actually sold. The manager was apologetic and made an offer to bring a car to me for a test drive when one became available. I chose not to go with this dealership because the offer for my trade in was well below the KBB value
