Five stars goes out to Jordan. Excellent experience purchased the Mazda 2 for my son.

Other than the fact that less than an hour earlier I was told the car was there and all cleaned and ready to go, and would be right up front ready to test drive. I arrived and was told to wait in a disgusting little room for the sales manager who 15 minutes later and walked to the entrance and proceeded to inform me "that the car had been had been sold early that morning" I spent 40 years in the auto sales industry 35 of it as sales mgr., F&I mgr. and 10 as GSM and I told him that "I don't and won't ever work with a dealer who practices "Bait and Switch". I proceeded to tell him to lose my number and never contact me again. My son got up and left immediately and ignored his attempts to justify it and blamed the BDC for the mistake which again tells me and standard operating protocol for them. I was suggest you reevaluate your decision to work with them, it seriously effects YOUR brand. I am also considering posting this review on your site.

They are very responsive, professional and transparent about their process. If I wasn’t 3 hrs away, they would be my go to dealership for everything . They are absolutely worth checking out. You won’t regret it.

The truck pictured was not the one on the lot - when I questioned them they answered "that was a stock photo off the internet." So, I wasted three hours of travel to see a truck that was not what I was looking for.
