We got all the way to the point of filling out the credit application for financing when the dealer finally shared a spec sheet and price menu with us that included $5,000 worth of dealer add-ons above MSRP that we didn't want (e.g. extra charges for tinted glass when privacy glass already came standard from the manufacturer on the vehicle we were interested in). Seller said these were non-negotiable so the sale fell through. Save yourself the trouble and go to a no-mark-up dealer or someone willing to negotiate.

STAY AWAY! I found the vehicle that I wanted. The listed price online was within my budget. I live outside the Houston metro area, so I was not able to go in for a test drive. I contacted the dealership and told them that I already had financing through my credit union and that I just needed the Buyer's Order with the drive out price. That way when I got to the dealership, if the car was ok, we could just do the deal and drive away. THEY ADDED $4,890 TO THE PRICE! Thousands added to the price (which they then changed online) and thousands in extras. Update: Days later they won't stop emailing me! After clearly showing proof of their deceptive and predatory business practices their clueless management thinks "I would like to earn your business so please feel free to be transparent, as I will with you." How about having transparent online pricing?? You lost the sale. Let it go.
