I reached out to Balise Toyota regarding availability of this vehicle. I received a email immediately from Mike Pena with a date and time to view this car. The picture of the car did not do it justice. The vehicle and color were amazing. It was clean and had a rich black leather interior. I took the vehicle for a test drive and fell in love with it. The cost of the vehicle was in my price range so I purchased this vehicle. Mike Pena was an amazing salesperson to work with. I would recommend him as well as this dealer.

This was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. I went to the dealership and took the Car for a test drive and decided to buy the car. Since we had never bought a car in Massachusetts there were a lot of issues we had to go through which is a state problem not a dealership issue, but the dealership made it as difficult as possible. Everything communication that had to happen after the car was bought had to go through the sales person we bought the car from. He would then text us but never call us for answers and when we had questions he did not have answers. It would have been way more effective to have the person who needed information give us a call versus always using a middle man. I will never buy a car from them again.

Have a 4Runner Venture originally listed for $43k. Didn't have TRD wheels, Yakima rack, and was debadged.. Front grill was also for standard SR5 model and not TRD. Asked the dealership if this was actually a Venture trim because of the above and to verify VIN was correct for said model. They sent me a photo of the window sticker which isn't helpful. I checked the VIN and this is actually an SR5, not the TRD Venture. On top of that, they're selling it for nearly $5k more than when it was NEW. Extremely shady.
