Really bad communication skills, I am still waiting for this dealership to finish the whole registration process for my newly purchased vehicle and I can't get a hold of anyone there

Lighting fast response to online inquiry. Car was ready to be seen when I arrived. My salesman Joe was fantastic to work with he was honest, responsive and ready to help. A salesman let me test drive the car and everything And once I finished up, they said the car was not ready for sale. Apparently, the mechanic Said the fix would be way too expensive and recommended It would be better to be put in wholesale. Why even have this car up if its not even ready for sale especially why even have a price on the car if its not for sale? Makes no sense and a waste of time. Then trying to offer another alternative as if i went there for another car. Next time put your car has had an accident too and tell someone prior to the appointment the car is not ready for sale. Garbage experience.

Horrible Experience today! Went to the dealer last week looking to purchase a vehicle and had a GREAT experience working with Tristian. We stayed in communication over the week regarding a few things I wanted to review when I came back. Today after negotiating for an hour, we hammered out what I believed was a final deal only to find out they said we no longer had a deal. Stay away from this Dealership - Only gave them a 1 star due to the great service from Tristan

Initially, the dealer was very helpful. They made a video showing the car and sent it to me first thing in the morning after I sent my inquiry. We went to the dealer and test drove the car and discussed an offer. The dealer made an offer that was higher than we wanted so we left to think it over. We decided we wanted to buy the car at the price the dealer had offered, we talked to the dealer the next day and went back to complete the transaction After a long time filling out paperwork and discussing financing options with multiple people at the dealership, the dealer told us they could not sell us the car because they couldn't register it because our driver's licneses were from California. Based on the RMV website, that isn't true, but it became clear they didn't want to sell us the car. We left very confused after wasting a lot of time.
