Disappointed for being lied to. I put a deposit down, I was in the middle of adding my co signer. Then I got a call saying the vehicles title had some sort of issue going on and they weren’t sure when it would be resolved. The same day I got a notification on CarGurus showing that the car was sold.

The truck pictured was not what they had on the lot, I drove over an hour to see the vehicle, only to find out that they used a stock photo off the internet. Color was wrong, and the navigation system advertised did not exist on the truck for sale.

I was contacted right away and able to schedule and purchase within the week. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the vehicle was not filled with gas and the detailing was sloppy. They did ask if I wanted it redone but w decided not to wait. Otherwise, the sales and finance guys could not have been nicer.
