Had an appointment to test drive this car. I arranged to have a friend join me to assist in the process . We arrive on time and was told the car was sold. I said that I had an appointment and they said that AI made the appointment. No apology just blamed it on Artificial intelligence. He offered to show me other vehicles but after that experience, no thank you. I’ll do business elsewhere.

Disappointed for being lied to. I put a deposit down, I was in the middle of adding my co signer. Then I got a call saying the vehicles title had some sort of issue going on and they weren’t sure when it would be resolved. The same day I got a notification on CarGurus showing that the car was sold.

Salesman very helpful, even though I didn't get a car this time I plan to go back
