Drove an hour to the dealership after being told it was available. I test drive the vehicle and like it. When getting to the numbers, I notice the price is higher than what I saw on CarGurus. They had recently increased the pricing, but CarGurus had a delay. I wanted them to honor the pricing and remove the $500 window tint and $3000 "Platinum Protection Package" charges on this USED vehicle, since I was just coming to pay the price on the website + TTL. It being the last day of the month, they claimed they could work with me by reducing the $3000 package to wholesale pricing.. which wasn't the wholesale price. I came to a number after TTL and they said they would call if their manager accepts it. Couple days pass and I get a notification that the price has decreased to BELOW what I asked. So I text my salesman immediately, no response. Sold by Amy to another client even though they said they would contact me about the deal. $34K vs $31.8K for someone else.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. The incompetence of the salesman was astonishing. I let him know that I wanted to get most details worked out before I made the hour drive to the dealership. I was led to believe that it was. When I was about 5 minutes away from the dealership, I received a call informing me that they didn't even have the vehicle. A lot of valuable time wasted that day. Still can't believe there is a car salesman out there that didn't even think to confirm a vehicle was on his lot before working a deal with a customer.

Horrible, the price was padded with almost $3,000.00 worth of unnecessary garbage add ons that they refused to waive. They wouldn't accept my pre-approved loan, they wanted me to use their bank. Wouldn't budge on the price even though we were only about $800.00 away from a deal. The salesman was rude and honestly didn't seem like he cared about customer service or selling cars. Very strange. I found another vehicle and purchased it within a few hours at another dealership who had no problem approving me with a lower APR. The only difference between vehicles was the one that I bought was newer a newer model. I would definitely steer clear of this dealership. It was strange how much they didn't care.

Even thuo we didn't end up buying due to interest rates were pretty high even with good credit these days....but Kyle and Kevin the twin brothers are awesome .....employees like them what makes the company and customer service goes a long way..if we ever decide to buy from them in near future it will be only because of Kyle $& Kevin...hope the interest rates go down one day
