AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring

Had a identical car- make,model,mileage-to one here local. Called them and asked if they were willing to beat competitors price . They stated they would "not lose the business over a couple hundred dollars ". But when I stated that I live two hours away and I was not willing to drive that far just for $200 in savings she proceeded to get very rude with me .

Sold me a used car they knew had major problems. Luckily i was able to catch it and returned it witin three days with much headache.

Went in to look at a vehicle I liked. The salesman let me test drive it but he never said a word during the drive. When we got back he walked away and I had to ask him if In could make an offer. Said he had to go and ask the sales manager. The sales manager came back with him and told me the he couldn't sale the car yet because it had just come in and hadn't gone through inspection and may not be road safe. We agreed that when the car was inspected he we giv me a call and we could make a deal. So 3 days later I hadn't heard from them so I write the sales manager an email. Two days I still hadn't heard from auto nation. So I call and was told the car is still available but had 3 pending deals on it. WTF! I ask if I can go in and make an offer and they say yes. I get there and the sales manager sees me and comes out to tell me he saw my email but didnt respond because the car is still in the shop being inspected and that he would call me when its ready. Not that I'm waiting to here from them any more but bit its been a month now still no call.

The salesperson responded quickly to my inquiry and even emailed be all the information I requested. She didn't respect my wish not to call me as she did anyways due to my work schedule. And when I had decided to start price talk, she did not respond. Bought my car elsewhere.

The staff at Auto Nation were AWESOME. I bought a NEW 2015 Jeep Wrangler Limited.

Make sure you get them to physically VERIFY for you that the truck is on the premises and not being suddenly 'whisked away' to have a lift kit added while you are right in the middle of a pending sale. Better yet, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else...

Good experience. Was not able to get pricing in my range.

Salesman was a nice enough individual. . . however, they shot me a price with an added amount for window tinting. The deal fell through over the added $289.

Prices were higher than the rest...

Don't try to email them about anything they will take their time getting back to you then tell you o to bad its sold.

Truck was as advertised. No frills service. Provided no gas and no owners manual. Thx.

To bad you do not have zero stars. We made an appointment, which they "hadn't heard about". The vehicle that we went to look at, a perfect match to our needs, had "Just been sold at auction, but can we interest you in another vehicle?" Three weeks later it is still listed, but wiith a different engine. Perhaps they are geniuses at engine swaps, more likely it is a way to get people to visit...the phrase "Bait & Switch" comes to mind. Experience reflects poorly on CarGurus.
