I called to check on a used Sentra availability 1 hour before I went there. I was told they would have the car in the front of the lot for me. I drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told the car sold the night before. Terrible service.

Dana was pleasant and helpful on phone. Contacted them on a Thursday and told them I'd be there Tuesday morning to pickup car. Called Monday to confirm appointment for Tuesday and was informed they sold the car. Never again

Great customer service

Very poor experience. Dealer couldn’t tell me anything about the vehicle, seemed nonplussed about the very obvious engine knocking, and gave careful instruction during the test drive to insure we only drove around the block and never went on the highway. I will not be giving this dealership my business.
