I had a change of heart about my last review. I stated that the 2012 Ford Fiesta had serious transmission issues that I was not informed about. After further inspection of the vehicle the trans was operating as well as could be expected. The odometer reading and age of the car lead me to believe other wise. My personal mechanic replaced the spark plugs and I had a oil change. Now my Ford Fiesta is back on the road running smoothly. My salesman Igor went out of his way to make things convenient for me. I have already referred a friend to Off Lease Cars.

I showed up at 9:30 am. the place was practically empty, which was really nice. The salesman was a woman named Erin. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to. We eventually made a deal and the process was relatively easy. The car i purchased so far is awesome. The staff were all great. Not pushy at all. I will return to this dealership when it comes time for me to buy another car.

Tara was amazing I had an appointment to see the car in the morning but it was sold before I could see it. Tara called and apologized that I did not get to see the car and promised to keep me in the loop if anything comes in that fits my criteria. Great customer service.

Fox Valley knew how far we drove to be there, and was very helpful and informative and had the truck ready for viewing and test drive. Our salesman Andrew was very nice and had the Carfax and maintenance records already printed out. They were very transparent about the truck. We were very happy with our experience at Fox Valley. We hope other people have had the same treatment.
