I contacted Brilliance Honda inquiring about a vehicle and they were prompt and polite. I went in the same day for a test drive and was able to reach an agreement that day. However, I wasn't able to take the car home that day because I didn't have anyone else to take my old car. They were able to hold the car until the weekend when I was able to pick it up. They were patient throughout the whole process since this was my first time buying a car, but Evan made it a great experience. I definitely recommend them.

Low stress, fun atmosphere! I went to 6 dealerships looking for a used car. This place was so much better! No hard sell. No pressure. Reasonable prices, no games. My salesman Rick was phenomenal.

Communication was ok until I asked them if their price is the final price. Then no communication afterward that question. A simple "Yes, this is our best offer at this time" or "Please stop by to negotiate price" would have been a much better response than nothing at all.

This dealership responded with the lowest quote. The salesman was very nice and did not push add-ons to bump up the price. They offered the extended warranty and worked the price for that down, but did not pressure us to purchase. We were very pleased with the experience.

I bought this vehicle. It was mostly a good experience, but they could only come up with one key for the vehicle....and keys are expensive these days. It would have cost me approximately $310 through the local Toyota dealer to get a second key. I found a local locksmith that made and programed a "valet" type key for $75. Brilliance did send me a check for $75. The only other disappointment so far, was that I found a small chip in the windshield....that they never mentioned to me. I know it was there when I bought the car because when I took it to a local glass repair place they said it had already been treated. I think the dealer should have mentioned this to me.....maybe that's foolish thinking?? I think that should have been worth another $100 off, because I have to either live with it (it is slightly to the right of my straight ahead view) or replace the whole windshield. So because of this, I don't know if I would return to this dealer or recommend them to friends....??

the price listed in CarGurus, was not honored by Brilliance. They even went as far as to say the car was already gone, but they had another one just like it! Same mileage, last 4 digits of the VIN and $2,990 more than the supposed one listed! Stay away.
