I called on this 2009 challenger and was told we can't sale the car it has a recall on it and it went auction this morning this I was told after Setting about 45 minutes after talking to the salesman he came back with his manager and we talked another 25 minutes and that's what he told me the car went to auction but by me working for a dealer that my store could buy the car at auction and sell it to me So why is this car still showing on their website would not buy a car from the store

Kaitlyn Pickler has given extraordinary customer service regarding my interest in the 2011 Camaro LT2. Although I'm a veteran overseas coming home shortly, she has still managed to show a great deal of attention towards. If I were the General Manager I would most definitely consider giving her a promotion or raise due to her ability to connect with customers through email alone. I'm more likely to do business with this dealership as well as referring friends and family. I appreciate all the assistance and help you've done for me.

I was passed around to different people, they did not seem to remember who I was or the price I offered? I had to do all the calling and shedule for a test drive which they kept pushing back because of the weather. For some reason I got the feeling they just didn't want to sell to me and after I test drove the car, they dropped the price and sold it to someone else? I will not be doing business with them in the future!

They were quick to respond and proceeded as if you were going to buy a car from them. They made many contacts in pursuit of a sale. No deal could be reached because the vehicle was over priced, in my opinion.

I was contacted by Ms. Boyd shortly after inquiring about the vehicle. Very pleasant to talk with. Ms. Boyd was willing to work with me and answer any questions i had. I would definitely consider Honda of Joliet if i was interested in a Honda.

It was okay the sales advisor was very helpful. However in the end the dealership did not want to sell me the car. Also in the end I saw a few things wrong with the car I was willing to buy but at a lesser price because the dealership themselves were not aware of a few things wrong with the car but intheend the dealer didn't want to sell me the car. Although the car sales advisor did go above and beyond as far add his service went I just wish the deal could of gone down and the dealer open to a negotiation.

These guys were amazing. Other dealerships didn't want to help me out but Honda Joliet found a way to get me approved and got me the car I wanted. They even cleaned it and filled it to a full tank of gas. I highly recommend them

After much negotiating back and forth with this dealer we were able to come to an agreement on a price we both were happy with. I will say that my bad experience at the David Bruce Auto Center did help me because of the price they set on the jeep that I wanted from them. Everyone at Honda of Joliet were very friendly and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know for either a new or used vehicle.

This dealer more or less instructed me to go jump in the lake - that it was illegal to sell and deliver a vehicle to another state - amazing, dealers in multiple states contacted me to sell a vehicle, do all of the paperwork via phone and internet, and delivered free of charge!
