Brian was great to work with. Upon final inspection before buying I found an obvious oil leak after asking them to put the car up on a lift. It surprised me as I would have thought the dealership should have found such a simple problem. I quickly decided not to buy.

I would never recommend this place because of our experience . We were coming all the way from Algonquin to test the car and we even called an hour before we left and the Salesman told me the car was still available and that we would be able to test drive it. When we got there the salesman said he was with another customer so that another salesman would be help but when he looked it up he told us that the car was sold a couple days ago! It was disturbing that the original salesman didn't deliver the news of the 'miscommunication ' to us directly and avoided telling us that he made a mistake since he did not really give us updated information and I felt they knew they did not have the car when we talked just an hour before we got there and wanted to try to upsell us. We walked out angry and upset that there was no apology given to us and we will never be back

Saw the car online 2 weeks ago Tried to get an appointment to see it but was told it was in the shop I ended up going elsewhere and buying a different Honda Fit. Mary the salesperson was Courteous and professional.

I did the smart thing and had the car looked at by a mechanic, and it turns out that the car needed some work. After talking to the dealership about it, they agreed to have most of it done for me.

Salesman committed to a price in an email and when we went in to close, the manager acknowledged he quoted us the deal and then said they wouldn't honor it. Said the salesman would call us the next day and he never has contacted us again!
