I came in the door for a test drive. Everyone kept doing what they were doing and nobody bothered asking if I needed help. I had to leave out and call in order to get someone to help me. The car was in fair condition but not the best. I can tell they will sell c level and d level cars here.

Steve in Used Cars confirms an appointment with me to come in and sign the paperwork at 2:00 pm on a Saturday for a used jeep. As I am driving and on the way from 45 miles away in Virginia, he texts me and informs me that someone else is purchasing the vehicle. Nevermind that Steve was not available on Friday (the day before) when I came in to test drive the vehicle and said "it would be best to wait for me since I know everything going on". Obviously something better came along and he failed to keep a commitment to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I called to speak to a manager TWICE about this, and no one will call me back.
