Car did not have sunroof & DVD player I wanted. Salesman Asked for my cell number so could send me photos of car( none posted online) never received. I read over detail section, did not see sunroof & DVD listed. I emailed him stating they were requirements, if didn't have not interested. Wrote back" no sunroof, DVD player". End of discussion.

The folks at Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge was very nice and accommodating. Pete returned all of my email inquiries as well as phone calls. He sent me an email when I was approved for the car loan. When I arrived at the dealership all of my paperwork was ready. He took us for a quick spin and tour of the car before we signed the paperwork. It was a very smooth and pleasant process.

Frank Fowler returned my message very quickly and answered all of my questions. I've seen the price of the vehicle was lower to start and then raised and now is lowering again so I am hesitant to move further.

Excellent. I purchased this car remotely. Everything I asked for to perform my evaluation was provided quickly. Response times to calls and emails were excellent sales and other staff were very helpful and friendly. High sensitivity to getting things right. No negatives in working with Criswell.

This was the quickest experience i've ever had dealin with a auto dealership. They stayed after hours to accommodate me. While speaking with the GM he spoke genuinely and shared their philosophy of sales. Which I found to be great.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Adam was our salesperson and did everything over the phone! Got the price that was more than fair but the service after that was outstanding! Offered to bring the vehicle to us, have it detailed, prepped and put us in touch with a commercial wrap company. Answered multiple calls with questions from my partner and myself. Always courteous and responded immediately. It's been a long time since someone went above and beyond what their job requires. I will send everyone I know to him!

Response time for inquiries was excellent, however online pricing is deceptive, at best. Online prices apply all available incentives, many of or all of which are unavailable to the average purchaser. Actual price ends up being several thousand dollars higher.

This was the BEST buying experience we have ever had! Richard returned our call right away and Don in finance was terrific! We drove three hours in hopes we would not be disappointed and we certainly weren't. When we got there Richard was right there to greet us, he had the car washed and ready for us to take on a road test. The price we paid for the car was fantastic. The best deal we found, better than prices from other dealerships for older cars. Richard and Don were very professional. Thanks guys, we will definitely keep you in mind for our next purchase!!!

Went in over 5/4/13 and it was an excellent experience. I have bought 20 cars since HS and so I feel I have had a great deal of experience. I met with Tony Gochia (sp?) and he was VERY capable, friendly ,polite, patient and helped me decide on a Fiat ABARTH. As soon as the version I want arrives I will be purchasing one from Tony at Criswell Fiat of Gaithersburg. HIGHLY recommend Tony and this dealership to anyone considering a FIAT.

The nicest dealership I've ever gone to. They knew I was retired and scared to drive out that far. They sent salesman to come get me, take my old car out to their lot and bring me back in my new car. I also got the payments I wanted.
