Marta should not have a job in sales. Blew up my phone with back to back calls until I finally answered and asked her to not call numerous times in a row. She sent me numerous emails and then when I mentioned I may be able to come by on a Saturday to look st the vehicle she said that they were closed. Then Saturday came around and mind you we NEVER set a time for this “appointment” since they were closed... then she called and left an extremely rude email claiming that I missed my “appointment” that I never scheduled. Save your time and don’t add your name or information unless you like rude, pushy sales people. Would never buy any vehicle from this place, especially Marta!

Yes and tried to tack deliver charges to sale price of 1300 dollars and was already on original price went from 34 438 to in 38000 with add owns real rip off dealership.Dodge does not charge 1300 to deliver real joke I have emails and copies of invoice on car thinking about calling Dodge.

Best price i could find. I live in New England and took a flight to get the Jeep. Pick up only took 1 hr total, super fast. Downside sales price does not include destination charge. Financing tried to include a maintenance package loan bundle with a lower percentage 4.7 which increased base loan by $2500, just a straight loan it went up to 5.4, i took the straight loan and will refinance when i get home, rates around here are 3.1 to 4.2.

Never got a chance to actually see this vehicle. Dealer said car was in finance being sold. So I don't have an honest opinion about the dealership or the vehicle. So i can only give them a one star for now because the only involvement that was between me and the dealership was what was stated preciouly.

Wouldn’t budge on the price and claimed to have the best price around. I found a 2016 Chevy Impala under 35k miles for the same price. And the dealership I dealt with was willing to negotiate with me and work with me.

No Haggle, straight talk dealer. Answered all questions- I bought the vehicle there- couldn't beat the incentives! Price beat 2017s listed at that time (new or used) elsewhere! Downside- dealer so busy when I arrived (from out of state), had me waiting a total of 2hrs. (that includes signing, going over vehicle, etc.). BUT- no pressure, easy-going staff!

Worst business practices ever! Initially I made contact and expressed interest in a vehicle and explained that I would be coming from NYC to purchase it. Before making the final arrangements to travel down Saturday I just so happened to log on to show a friend the vehicle and realized the price jumped $8k. I called the salesman and he stated it was “mispriced” and apologized. The only issue is the vehicle was listed initially for one price, then the price was lowered, but somehow it wasn’t caught until I inquired about the vehicle. I don’t buy it, as there’s been multiple reviews of Koons playing bait and switch. I expected more from a corporation claiming to have sold 2 million vehicles but I guess they are complacent with posting alternative facts. Don’t waste your time!

Responsive. Had some nice discounts initially posted on 2 vehicles of interest but conflicts in schedule kept me from showroom. When I would have been able to go to visit (week later) the pricing indicated on the vehicles was increased about 5k and they advised no reductions available. So they missed a sale but perhaps they feel there is enough model demand to support the added pricing.

I talked to this dealer for three days about a car. Both by text and phone. They were getting it ready. The day they said it was ready I called and scheduled a time same day to go see it. Next I get a text message that the price was an error and they jacked up the price $4000!!! Three hours later their Ads still reflect original price. You decide what they do to get you in the door... Pathetic for such a large dealership. Be careful dealing with them. I hope this helps.

The first person that emailed didn't include their lowest price as the requested. That really irritated me. Then another person emailed a few minutes later stating that the vehicle was sold. Both incidences gave me little confidence in the trustworthiness of the dealership.

After driving to the dealership to look at the vehicle, I was told they could not let anyone drive the cars before purchase due to lack of insurance? Not sure if they will be around long enough to stand behind any of their vehicles. I would have been happy if they drove me around in it but alas, customer service does not seem to be a priority. Best of luck with this dealer.

A little unorganized and some overused sales tactics to make you think other people are about to buy the car. The guy showing us sort of got stuck with us and knew nothing about the vehicle. It was late coming back from a safety inspection but then the check engine light was on, the tires were low and the knob for the media was missing so it was just a sharp needle.

Signed up for price drop notice and Dealer's rep contacted me right away with the advertised price. When I called to ask about car, I was told it was "pretty" several times. I was turned off to the sale because I was more interested in reliability and any issues with the car's mechanics.

The car advertised was the wrong model car for the price. Once that was straighten out they decided to charged additional $1200. for the car even thought the model was a grade below the model advertised. I thought that was garbage and told them they could keep the car. Won't ever consider trying to do business with them again. It appears to be pretty shady outfit.

Last night test drove a car. The salesman texted me first thing this morning and asked if I was coming by today. I said probably. Then we exchanged additional texts about the car. Finally I texted that yes we would buy it...consider it sold I texted. He texted me about an hour later and said it was "hot" people asking. Then he texted and said it was sold and would I like the other one... and we wonder why used car and car dealerships get bad raps....

The sales person wasn't really paying attention to me when I called the night before because when I got there they brought me the wrong color vehicle and the one I wanted was already sold, also they never called me back that night nor informed me they were opened on Sundays

I usually do not send in ratings unless they are very good; that said: I sent in an info request to Koons Auto on 2009 Infiniti and also requested info on the possibility of working a partial trade. After two days, "Sam" contacted me asking when I could come in for a test drive. I informed Sam that I was interested in the car, but wanted some feedback on my trade-in request as I noted on my initial email. After three days of silence, I resent my email and asked if there was a problem and if there was, could someone please contact me? Two days after that, Sam contacted me telling me that the car had already been sold. I guess they must be selling cars hand over fist at Koons, because I've never been blown off and ignored by an auto salesman as Sam did to me. I immediately replied that if he happened to get in anything similar as the Infiniti at around the same price, I would like to be contacted. Sam NEVER answered my email. Appears to me that he is more "sales" driven and NOT "customer" driven, which has been my experience.

Told me they had the car I wanted 2015 Chevrolet Impala 2LTZ and made an appointment. I received several email appointment confirmation emails. When I arrived Sat morning they didn't have the car they told me they had (a 2015 Chevrolet Impala 2LTZ) and attempted to get me to look at a Malibu. A courtesy email or phone call informing me that they didn't have the car in stock would of prevented me from losing my Saturday morning. I wouldn't do business with a dealership that misleads you!

While communications throughout the day remained good, upon arrival I found my salesman distracted and agitated. He eventually brought me the vehicle to test drive but made no request for identification or driver's license (which I did not mind but found odd). After my examination I discovered (1) the left front tire was low (2) the battery had corroded and leaked acid throughout the engine compartment and created weak points in the battery support system (3) the power rear hatch did not seat properly and refused to close - it would not latch. Additionally, the salesman told me the bright yellow exclamation mark in the top center of the gauge console was simply the tire pressure gauge on the front left tire - NOPE. It was a "check engine" alert. Shane's unfamiliarity with the vehicle, disinterest in my questions and erroneous replies to my concerns made me distrustful. None of my concerns were taken into consideration when discussing terms. Shane returned with a "I spoke to my manager and he says the price is the price". Ugh. My experience at Koons was the singlemost unsatisfying business experience of my life. I purchased a similar vehicle from another dealer for $1500 less.

Salesman Shane made an appointment with me so I could see a vehicle posted on car gurus. I arrive and he tells me it sold just after we had spoken on the previous night. He's a liar...he knew it had sold and neglected to tell me so he could try to sell me something else. A total waste of travel for me. He was also not very apologetic and acted as if wasting my time was no big deal. I sent a message to the dealer's inbox and haven't head anything. Extremely disappointed

Car was priced OK, not great. They tried to lowball my trade-in by around $3000. Their offer wasn't even close to KBB, and they put on their website that they offer up to 125% KBB fair value. My car was in great condition as well with no work needed to be done for resale. They changed their offer after I was getting ready to leave. (offered 5,200 at first, then 7,800 later: Currently selling the car I traded in for 11,977). I bought the car, but once I got it home I noticed they left off a lug nut on both back tires (I am pretty sure it's where there was a wheel lock). I called 4 times this week to get the lug nuts sent to me. I would always be sent to different voice mails. I left messages each time and have yet to get a phone call back. Not really friendly staff, guess it's just not what I'm used to. Like I said, I did buy the car, not because of the experience I had, but because I knew what I was looking for and they happened to have it in good condition. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership for a customer looking to trade in a vehicle for another. I would also give this dealership a very poor rating in communication after a sale. The overall experience was not that great, but I did get a good car.

The salesman informed me that there was no negotiating on used car prices. Even when I said I wanted to have a mechanic check the car and then discuss anything wrong with it, he reiterated "no negotiation". At least I could write them off the search list.

The guys were very professional. No wasted time. The car we were interested in was waiting at the entrance for a test drive. Financing was a breeze for my son, a first time buyer. I co-signed on his loan and we were out in 2 hours.

They were great to deal with in buying the car both the sales rep and the financial rep. I am still waiting to see if they will be 100% - after the purchase, they gave me only one key on a car with only 10k miles - almost new. I am hoping they will prove to be the dealer I believe they are and provide me with all standard equipment on the car, which would include the key.

I set up an appointment with a sales person to see and test drive a vehicle that was listed on your and the dealer website; however, when I drove 30 miles the next day to the dealership, the vehicle was already sold. The vehicle was listed on the site but had been sold. I drove 60 miles round trip for nothing; wasted time and gas. I will not pursue this route again.

The dealer responded promptly and we scheduled an appointment, but when we arrived no one in the new car showroom or at the SWITCHBOARD had heard of the GSM or the salesman that had contacted us. They kept trying to drag us to new cars. Annoying thing # 1. Annoying thing #2? There were several pieces of aftermarket equipment on the car we wanted to PURCHASE - cheap stuff that was sticky taped on, but they refused to remove it, saying it would damage the paint. Although we agreed to buy the car we had to walk. We later got an email saying they changed their mind and would remove it, but it was too late and we had bought a NEW chevy from another dealership. I would give 5 stars to our salesman Joe tho' - he was personable and did TRY to help us. At least there was that.
