Every step was difficult. They were disorganized and late in everything, and I got the impression that my business just wasn't worth their time. They tried to sneak in an unusually large fee at closing, and then wouldn't budge on it, so I walked away from what would have otherwise been a great deal.

My daughter did all the negotiating but the deal went very smooth. The sales staff showed me all the features on the vehicle. The paper work was handled in a efficient manner.

Online price is just a scam, when i tried to buy the car it was $3000 more like the sticker price, they make u pay $2000 for pdi. They pushed me to run my credit promising they will get me to the montly payment i want and came back with even higher offer. Its a pure scam dealer, they kept calling me next day saying the same thing like before when i asked them not to call me they hanged up on me.

I left here very disappointed. I felt a bit insulted and intelligence tried. As a plus, I also left a little more educated regarding trade-ins. This was a vehicle I really wanted but in the end it was in my favor to just keep my vehicles.

Outstanding service and personal touch. Our sales person Sam Rosa went out of his way to show us our ram 1500 pickup. All phases of our purchase from Sam's explainations, financing, and detail shop went smoothly. I would highly recommend the Lindsay dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle from a friendly professional staff.

A little below average, 2.7. So many things went wrong after I signed the paper. Mysteriously my tire was replaced with a different mag, my jack disappeared, they did not give me the key fob, worked that was promised had not been done. But eventually everything was done after 3 visits and a loaner. Until I got home and I checked the oil, windshield washer, and the air filter, They all needed replacing. So I just did it myself and kicking myself for not checking before I left the lot. But they did give me a full tank of gas. And only one key fob. Although they wouldn't even consider a second one, even though I offered to pay a discounted fee. And this was a certified pre owned vehicle. I would have rated them a little higher if They had done all the work the first time and have to have a total of three visits to get it right.

They were really on it.. Holding the fact that I WILL be purchasing a Challenger in months to come, if they have what I want I might give them a twirl lol!!!! This particular car, NO, Manual, looking for Automatic, sunroof, navigation!!! This is just not the one but the sales rep is about that money.. Received emails and calls ASAP!!!

Similar to other reviews - the salesman was great - patient and very nice. The "pricing manager" was quite the opposiite. Pedantic, rude, stereotypical used cars salesman. They do push you to speak with financing because of the kick-back they get from the banks - the woman was pleasant but tried to speed through and make us sign everything before really understanding. Ask about the PDI! The four stars here are for the salesperson - overall dealership about a 3

Very pleased with Kai, the salesman. He was very responsive, professional, honest, etc. however, the "financial" person, Sarah, was very pushy and got very disgusted with me when I very clearly told her that I was not interested in buying any of the add-on packages. I am very happy with the car, very happy with the salesperson, and very unhappy with the administrative "finance" person. By the way, I did not borrow any money to buy the car and there was little reason for me to have had to spend an hour or more witch her being out Thru this aggravation and her nasty attitude.

This dealership was great. I had been looking for a particularly rare model of car. A week before visiting Lindsay, I visited another lot that rubbed me the wrong way- even to the point where I was afraid to pursue a car all together. That changed when I visited Lindsay. They were very professional with everything, and accommodating in my needs. The process was done fairly quickly, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this company to others.

Car listed $2k below Fair Price with low miles, but minimum trim/features. When I saw it, Car had body and paint damage not listed. Sales associate very patient first meeting. Condition and Delays in repairs limited test drive to parking lot, but it seemed a good buy, though I needed to see it in the day, after repairs, and especially to drive it. There were communication difficulties around repair status and scheduling, and empty phone tags. And then who said what texting arguments. Very hard sell position with no offer of support or service. I felt very alone and vulnerable. They took no responsibility and would not stand behind their product or actions. There was no way to test drive the car, and no possibility of returning it, if anything was wrong with it. It was all on me. I could not do business with them, despite their good prices and selection, as I was looking for more of a connection in making such a significant life decision.

We had a wonderful experience buying the car. It was a great vehicle and they gave us a very good price. The van I looked at had supposedly passed a 125 point inspection, but the staff and management were shocked when I pointed out the softball sized gouge out of the back seat. The sales lady was very nice, but the manager wasn't very willing to negotiate pricing. They charged $600 to inspect my trade in (which took all of 10 minutes), and then knocked that $600 off and acted like it was a fantastic display of generosity. Other dealerships don't charge a dime to inspect trade ins. I'm very glad I decided to give my hard earned money to a dealership that respected me as a customer.

Called dealership about a car to make sure it was available before I drive 30 miles to them - and I was told it was still available. Throughout my trip I called twice - and once 5 minutes before I arrived there. The whole time I was told that "it is available and it is sitting right out front". When I arrived there - I find out that it was sitting out front bc it has been sold earlier that morning and they are waiting on the new owner to pick it up. Later that evening - I get a call from them trying to sell me another car - however that car was sold the prior day. I concluded 1 of 2 things - either they are super busy there bc they do a great job hence their lack of inventory tracking ability, or they just don't know what they're doing.

I wound up buying! The deal on the car was great, my salesperson was very helpful and courteous, and they really stepped up to prepare it for me to take it home (removed tinted windows on-site for no charge). The car is running beautifully, and I have no complaints.

I went to the dealers website for more info and found a NEW Ram 1500 that was really loaded and the advertise price was so good why buy used. Well the advertised prices on their New vehicles is thousands of dollars lower than they will really sell the car for- Classic Bait and Switch. I went to Safford in Warrenton and bought a new Ram there. They didn't play any tricks

I called the dealer looking to buy a 2011 Jaguar XF. The salesman that returned my call was very helpful. Some salesmen, such as the salespersons at Annapolis Range Rover and Jaguar, seem so unwilling to concern themselves with undecided buyers. I didn't buy my Jaguar from this dealership but, maybe in the future I'll buy from them based on just a friendly return call.
