Jimmy Byrd and the rest of the staff was very helpful. I live in another county and Jimmy made sure he stayed in contact with me until I could make the trip there. The vehicle was ready for a test drive when I got there. Even though this shocks wasn’t the make and model he is use to if he didn’t know the answer to a question he found out and got back to me. I would definitely recommend and use them again when I plan to purchase another vehicle. Service was quick and I was on the road with my new vehicle in less than 3 hours.

We have looked at cars older with more miles that were in much better shape. The dealership and the car were not ready for our appointment. Very Disapointed!!!

The car was damaged in the front lower part of the bumper. That you cannot see from the pics and was remarked to us only at the end of the test. The car was not ready to be sold. Total disapointment.

Right after I contacted them the price if the car went up $500. So if you show interest they'll quickly raise the price then reach back out to you. I never responded to them because I would never want to do business with an organization like that.

I was looking to purchase two vehicles from the dealership, one for myself and they were going to assist me in finding a specific model Jeep for my daughter. I received prompt responses from the dealership regarding all my inquiries and follow-up reminder before my appointment. Eric, the salesman that I was working with was great and Jennifer, his manager seemed pleasant and amicable. However, on the day that I was to purchase my vehicle the price had increased by $1000. I spoke with the sales manager, I believe his name was James, and he was not anywhere near as helpful or courteous. He basically told me that their prices were the best in the area and that the price of the vehicle was the price and there was no negotiating. He would not consider selling the vehicle at the previous day’s price. I ended canceling my appointment. I did not purchase from this dealership. I was later told that the internet price is used just to get customers in the door and may not be an accurate reflection of what you will pay for the vehicle.

The staff was very helpful, the car was beautiful and very clean. The carfax indicated an accident, however the online posting did not reflect the accident. I was disappointed by that. Now I request to see the carfax immediately upon arrival to a dealership.

The initial salesman did not represent the Lindsley dealership in any fashion or form. He seemed bothered that I was an out of state buyer that knew exactly what I wanted pretty clean cut No trade cash deal and I could pick up the vehicle in 30 days. His bottom line was "we don't hold anything and we rather finance to make more money ". A few days later I received a call from the dealership following up from Jenifer and she listened to what I wanted an explained that there dealership doesn't hold vehicles with a down payment but gave me her personal number an when April rolls around in 2 weeks to call her and see what new or different incentives might me on and go from there. Hopefully another dealer doesn't swoop in prior to this policy and write up the deal , then no profit isn't better than waiting on a home run for this dealership. In this day and age of cyber shopping major car dealership need to relook the way they sell a car ! The training for sales when a potential buyer walks in the door is basically useless when dealing with a sale on the internet. Dealerships that are on top of it will have read these reviews and overcome the outdated rules set down decades ago and sell a car over the web where you can make a deal wire transfer the down payment and show up on a date and close the deal and drive away in less than 2 hours.

I was extremely disappointed with the treatment that my wife and I encountered! I spoke to a salesman the night before my appointment, explaining the condition of my trade-in, and asked if we could work a deal. Absolutely, was the reply. After driving for four hours and spending three hours with Lindsay Auto, they wouldn't negotiate anything. The jeep even wreaked of cigarettes and there was numerous scratches on the jeep. They came down on the asking $$ one day after I left, disappointed. Then they called to ask for me to come back and work out a deal. Imagine the arrogance of someone that claims to put the Customer Satisfaction above all else! Don't go to this dealership!

Finance officer was rude. Instead of trying to fix the problems that we identified he was trying to justify or disprove what we were saying. “Used car manager” was completely rude and ignorant. We explained that one of the tires needed to be replaced and he proceeded to show us the tire tread gauge being “in the green”. No, I don’t care what your gauge says. Their behavior cost them a sale.

Contacted the dealer about working a deal over the phone due to living so far away. I was told they couldn't do that, that they needed me in house, but that they would be happy to work with me. Fine. I drive an hour and a half to see the car. Salesman was fantastic, but the sales manager literally didn't budge $1. I was planning to put more than $10k down, had a checkbook with me ready to make a deal, and they didn't move a single dollar. One of the biggest wastes of time in my entire life. Went to another dealer the very next day and bought a brand new vehicle with the same options for only $2500k more ($35k w/TTT new vs. $32,500 w/TTT used with 11k miles and a scratch on the door). I'd say avoid but the salesman was friendly and helpful.

Everyone was pleasant over the phone.. My overall experience with this dealership was a complete waist of time. I inquired about a specific vehicle for about a week, when I finally came to see it, they told me it was being worked on. Then, they kept offering me a 2018 Jeep, which I was not interested in. I drove an hour n a half distance, the least they could do was communicate. My KBB value was $10,999 and paid off, they only offered me $6,000 for trade-in. Since then, I purchased a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 from another dealer who was outstanding!! Thanks y'all!

Me, my wife, and new born baby drove 1 hour to them and the car was already sold in the morning and THEY SAID NOTHING, we could tell they knew because I spoke with the salesman all day and when we got there he didn't even know where to look, I saw my car on the "cars sold" wall in the back room. they are shady

Responsive to emails and phone call conversion. Drove 140 miles after being convinced of the high quality of the suburban. On first inspection the frame was rusted badly and there was a large dent in the body. Vehicle was so misrepresented that I didn't even test drive. Dealer did try to find something else that would replace what we went to see. Follow up calls were responsive to my complaint. Overall felt severely lied to. Not likely to view or visit cars from this dealer again.

This is the most disorganized organization I have ever dealt with. The vehicle that I called a day prior to see didn't even start. The sales manager spoke to the our sales lady with no respect and was very condescending. I can only accompany this experience to a dental visit with no anesthetic. We left after their first offer because by this point they had already wasted 4 hours of my life. I have purchased 12 vehicles in the past 8 years and I do not see them being a part of the next 12 intil they can instill professionalism, organization, and an ounce of respectfulness towards their fellow man.

Dealer contacted me by phone ( Dominic ) and stated the price for this car was actually $17,793 and NOT the price posted on CarGurus. The price of $12,793 for this vehicle has been posted for at least eighteen+ days on CarGurus with no correction by the dealer. They stated they would not honor the price and stated the pricing error was made by CarGurus. Furthermore, ALL of this dealer's 2017 Jeep Renegades are priced in a similar, incorrect manner and they will NOT honor any of these prices! They won't be getting my business.

I was lied to about the price of this vehicle after I schedule an appointment with an associate. They tried to raise the price by$3000. After talking to the QA Manager and setting up another appointment with him exclusively, I was again lied to and told the truck was being sold at auction. I would not trust this company and I will never do business with them.

Don't​ waste your time. They have changed the discount price of a car that I'm interested​ in as soon as they have found I'm a definite buy. Discount price was around $5136 and as I'm on call with them for a Pacifica Hybrid and they downed the discount price to $1136 and tried a game that that's how their site was listed. When I asked about that earlier internet manager Dominic promised the price, they changed entire story and said wouldn't be able to give that kind of discount since it's limited in qty. There is another white hybrid in their inventory with same discount, lol.. if someone wants to experience themselves before stepping into this dealership. Wish I could give 0 or negative rating. All sales people here are there to prey.. don't waste your time. Hope this is helpful to all.

I have had wonderful correspondence from a salesman, Adam Strom! He has practically bent over backward to help me!! If you need a vehicle, I highly recommend Lyndsay Dodge in Manassas, Virginia! Especially the salesman we have right now...he has been superb!! They also have the best prices of anyone in a 3 state radius (because I think I checked every one!)...I will not pay full price/asking price for practically anything and I will research something for a very long time!! It took me about 2 years to find the ring I wanted when my husband and I remarried...I waited until the ring and the price were something I truly wanted! When I did find it, I knew it was the one...but I shopped EVERYWHERE for 2 years!! My hubby thought the prices were a scam because they were so much lower than anyone else in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina...in fact it's almost a 6 hour drive for us one way but soooo worth it!! Good luck on your purchase...if you go with Lyndsay I don't think you will be disappointed!! God bless!!

Dealer was very nice and respectful during the first call. I was contacted a second time the next morning although I had reassured I would call back in a few days. After explaining that I was not interested in the car any longer, I have been called over 15 times in the past two weeks. Some of these calls were early morning and late night. The dealer still emails and calls me despite being ignored.

I had set up an appointment to view the vehicle. They called me everyday up until my appointment. I also had sent an email to verify that the vehicle was there before I came up there because the dealership was 2hours away from me. I get to my appointment and the sales associate tells me they sold the vehicle 30min prior to my arrival. At that point I did not trust them after what had transpired and will not look at another vehicle from them again.

This is the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Beware that when buying a certified preowned car they will hit you with an additional hidden $2,000+ fee which they claim is the cost to get the vehicle in CPO condition. I inquired before going to the dealership about what their fees were and this was never mentioned to me. I happened to fly in from ATL to see a vehicle so it would have been nice to know before going (I work for an airline). Of course they were nice enough to pick me up from the airport but once we had no deal they, at first, told me to "take Uber" back to the airport. Fortunately the agent who helped me the whole day while I was there felt bad and was nice enough to arrange a ride back for me. Everyone above her pay scale could have cared less about their customers. This became very clear, very fast. Unfortunate place this dealership is for all other dealerships in the world who are "good." This place was so bad and inconsiderate and unprofessional that after a certain level of frustration I finally found myself laughing at the experience. It's a painstaking thing how places like this work nowadays. It's all a big script to get you to the highest price point possible. I would run from this place and go find someone with a consistent 4 or 5 star rating with no bad reviews. They do exist. Do yourself a favor and go find one of them. This place was a joke.

Every step was difficult. They were disorganized and late in everything, and I got the impression that my business just wasn't worth their time. They tried to sneak in an unusually large fee at closing, and then wouldn't budge on it, so I walked away from what would have otherwise been a great deal.

Online price is just a scam, when i tried to buy the car it was $3000 more like the sticker price, they make u pay $2000 for pdi. They pushed me to run my credit promising they will get me to the montly payment i want and came back with even higher offer. Its a pure scam dealer, they kept calling me next day saying the same thing like before when i asked them not to call me they hanged up on me.

A little below average, 2.7. So many things went wrong after I signed the paper. Mysteriously my tire was replaced with a different mag, my jack disappeared, they did not give me the key fob, worked that was promised had not been done. But eventually everything was done after 3 visits and a loaner. Until I got home and I checked the oil, windshield washer, and the air filter, They all needed replacing. So I just did it myself and kicking myself for not checking before I left the lot. But they did give me a full tank of gas. And only one key fob. Although they wouldn't even consider a second one, even though I offered to pay a discounted fee. And this was a certified pre owned vehicle. I would have rated them a little higher if They had done all the work the first time and have to have a total of three visits to get it right.

Similar to other reviews - the salesman was great - patient and very nice. The "pricing manager" was quite the opposiite. Pedantic, rude, stereotypical used cars salesman. They do push you to speak with financing because of the kick-back they get from the banks - the woman was pleasant but tried to speed through and make us sign everything before really understanding. Ask about the PDI! The four stars here are for the salesperson - overall dealership about a 3

Very pleased with Kai, the salesman. He was very responsive, professional, honest, etc. however, the "financial" person, Sarah, was very pushy and got very disgusted with me when I very clearly told her that I was not interested in buying any of the add-on packages. I am very happy with the car, very happy with the salesperson, and very unhappy with the administrative "finance" person. By the way, I did not borrow any money to buy the car and there was little reason for me to have had to spend an hour or more witch her being out Thru this aggravation and her nasty attitude.

This dealership was great. I had been looking for a particularly rare model of car. A week before visiting Lindsay, I visited another lot that rubbed me the wrong way- even to the point where I was afraid to pursue a car all together. That changed when I visited Lindsay. They were very professional with everything, and accommodating in my needs. The process was done fairly quickly, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this company to others.

Car listed $2k below Fair Price with low miles, but minimum trim/features. When I saw it, Car had body and paint damage not listed. Sales associate very patient first meeting. Condition and Delays in repairs limited test drive to parking lot, but it seemed a good buy, though I needed to see it in the day, after repairs, and especially to drive it. There were communication difficulties around repair status and scheduling, and empty phone tags. And then who said what texting arguments. Very hard sell position with no offer of support or service. I felt very alone and vulnerable. They took no responsibility and would not stand behind their product or actions. There was no way to test drive the car, and no possibility of returning it, if anything was wrong with it. It was all on me. I could not do business with them, despite their good prices and selection, as I was looking for more of a connection in making such a significant life decision.

The van I looked at had supposedly passed a 125 point inspection, but the staff and management were shocked when I pointed out the softball sized gouge out of the back seat. The sales lady was very nice, but the manager wasn't very willing to negotiate pricing. They charged $600 to inspect my trade in (which took all of 10 minutes), and then knocked that $600 off and acted like it was a fantastic display of generosity. Other dealerships don't charge a dime to inspect trade ins. I'm very glad I decided to give my hard earned money to a dealership that respected me as a customer.

Called dealership about a car to make sure it was available before I drive 30 miles to them - and I was told it was still available. Throughout my trip I called twice - and once 5 minutes before I arrived there. The whole time I was told that "it is available and it is sitting right out front". When I arrived there - I find out that it was sitting out front bc it has been sold earlier that morning and they are waiting on the new owner to pick it up. Later that evening - I get a call from them trying to sell me another car - however that car was sold the prior day. I concluded 1 of 2 things - either they are super busy there bc they do a great job hence their lack of inventory tracking ability, or they just don't know what they're doing.

I went to the dealers website for more info and found a NEW Ram 1500 that was really loaded and the advertise price was so good why buy used. Well the advertised prices on their New vehicles is thousands of dollars lower than they will really sell the car for- Classic Bait and Switch. I went to Safford in Warrenton and bought a new Ram there. They didn't play any tricks

I called the dealer looking to buy a 2011 Jaguar XF. The salesman that returned my call was very helpful. Some salesmen, such as the salespersons at Annapolis Range Rover and Jaguar, seem so unwilling to concern themselves with undecided buyers. I didn't buy my Jaguar from this dealership but, maybe in the future I'll buy from them based on just a friendly return call.

Lindsay Manassas Chysler Dealership personal were the best to deal with !!! They helped me buy the car I have always wanted….a 2014 Dodge Challenger 100 Year Commemorative Edition. The salesperson Purshotam Biam ( PB ) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in smoothing out all phases of the buying process. The car is an instant collectible that gets everyone's attention. Best car buying experience of my life.

Advertise a much lower price than they are selling vehicle for. And they are nasty when you question this.

Made appointment to see a truck it wasn't there. Floor manager acted like he didn't care if I left. They finally got the truck after 5 hrs. Was their all day. Not a good experience at all. Would not go back or recommend !!!!
