Very responsive dealer. Would try again and mIght still consider purchase but failed to buy car after reviewing recent Consumer's Report's rating of frontal-impact score for that particular model.

I was contacted and offered an opportunity to see the 2009 Hyundai Vera Cruz Limited. Upon my visit, I found the salesman helpful, but the car was very dirty inside and had rust on outer surface. I decllined a test drive based on my observation.

A great experience received a fair price for my trade . I bought the Ram 1500 process was easy and this was the first time I've purchased a vehicle without feeling I was taken advantage of. Mr. Thurston Carpenter my salesman was a true professional.

Purchased this care from Chrysler of Culpeper. Very good experience at the dealer. Met with the listing agent, the car was ready when we arrived, took a test drive and made a deal for the car.

I'm going to try to make a very long story short. Last weekend was the first time I'd gone out car shopping without an experienced "car shopper". Ladies you know how intimidating it can be? Afraid of being taken advantage of and such. From the time the salesman saw me pull up to the dealership and walking to the door...I felt WELCOMED. I informed two gentleman of my appointment with Thurston and I went into his office. He was very welcoming and professional. I'd come with questions with intent to ask before purchasing. Let me tell you...Thurston gave me all the information I needed without ever having to ask. I'm serious this was an awesome experience for me ...if you're shopping for a vehicle give this dealership a try...you won't regret it. A million thanks to you Thurston! !

Dealer did not disclose all the frame rail rust ( right rail almost completely gone. Also, windshield was cracked. Drove 2 hrs to see the jeep. Would not have gone if I knew rust was so extensive.

Called about a Chrysler 300, they advised me I could come look at it and test drive the next day, when the next day came, I called to ask what time frame would be good for my parents and I to come look at and test drive the vehicle, only to be told that the vehicle was sold already the day before, which is the day I 1st called and was told to come the next day to view/test drive... Don't feel good to look forward to the purchase of a new vehicle, & then be told it's already been sold.. Judging from the reviews of this dealership, this apparently happens a lot to people, amongst all the other negative feedback a that I have read, but I was willing to try & overlook those negative comments, because it could of been possible that those people were providing false comments maybe because they were just personally upset about something with 1 or more of the salesmen, but now I tend to believe all of the negative feedbacks were actually very true. Needless to say, I went somewhere else to purchase a 300 that I was looking for, not only did the dealer that I went to provide me with all accurate info on the vehicle I was looking at, but they beat the price of culpeppers price by almost $2000, & it was the same exact make, model, & year, but they were also extremely nice, they provided me with a car fax report on the vehicle without even asking them to do so, they offered my father & I a test drive without them having to ride along with us, they let us pick out a set of free floor mats, and beings that their warranty was only 30 day/1000 miles (same as culpeppers), just so they could beat culpeppers, they offered me 3 free detail jobs good for within the next 3 years, & free car washes for the next 3 years. I did however purchase the extended warranty which covers pretty much anything/everything on my vehicle and it did end up adding a little over $2000 to the total cost of my vehicle, but it's well worth it in my opinion beings culpepper didn't mention anything like that to me, & the biggest difference between where I ended up purchasing my vehicle & culpepper, my dealer was NOT in any way pushy, or trying extremely hard to make me purchase the vehicle, on the other hand, culpeppers salesman was VERY pushy in trying to get me to purchase their vehicle, the salesman would hardly let me get a single word out of my mouth w/out them trying to push the car on me not to mention they must of asked me 3-4-5 times what method of pymnt I was planning on using to purchase their vehicle. I just could not believe how pushy, rude, & how much they over talked me, just on the phone, I'm glad I didn't drive the hour and a half away that they were just to find out the car was sold, & I'm sure if they treated me the way they did on the phn, it would of probably been 10 times worse if I would of been there in person. My recommendation.... DO NOT even attempt to go look at, purchase, or even talk to them, you will be wasting your time and you will be very upset and dissatisfied...

I Bought vehicle but this was the worst buying experience. Over 60 emails, several trips back to the dealer to fix a broken door handle and the suspension. Service was never notified so I left the vehicle and drove back 60 miles to my home, the agreed to deliver my vehicle back to me but ended up using my vehicle to pick up their transfer vehicle added an additional 100 miles to my odometer. unprofessional and hopefully never shop here again. I love the car but needed the repairs to be made. Went to a Buick GMC dealer and spent extra money that I should have never done.

Negative feed back and advice provided to me prior to me coming in person and said there was little they could help with. Didn't really try at all, the representative'a name is Todd and he discouraged me from considering to purchase again from this company or continue with another conversation.

it was about 1 hour a way from my house but it was worth it very nice friendley poeple,great customre service,great price it seems like they rather sale cars than keeping them in there parking lot
