Make sure you check and recheck your car, finance numbers and especially your contract. Things were added (forced) to the contract that should have been optional (LoJack and Safe Guard). Not Cool!!!

got my first car from expert auto and it was a great experience. staff was super friendly and helpful

They told me the car was there and it wasn’t after I caught a 2 hr uber there because they assured me the car was there n inspected and it wasn’t. They tried to get me to get another car that I wasn’t interested in. Then they said let’s do the numbers on a car that wasn’t there and took the car up by $3k and added all these extra fees so I said never mind and caught another uber back 2 hours which cost me over $300 on Ubers and a day wasted due to their lies.

They had the vehicle I wanted but its been a project ever since. Check engine light came on a week later, truck was filthy and my permanent plates were mailed to them instead of my address so I have to waste 2 hours picking them up.

Tameka the sales person never answered my questions. Only kept writing for me to come visit the dealership. Had she answered a simple question, I would have gone and purchased the van. To this day after more than a week she has not replied my email or answered question.
