"Don’t like the attitude at this dealership. Was contacted after almost two weeks and on getting there this Saturday, no one really attended to me in a proper way like a dealership. The guy later came around and was asking for my licence and insurance card without even knowing what car I’m looking for not to talk of test driving a car. It’s kinda prejudice to me and wish the management of this dealership look into. A friend of mine complained about this same attitude from this dealership and it’s just unfair. It’s my 4th Porsche and had the worst experience here."

"I made an offer on a car to this dealer in January. Received a rude text back from their sales manager complaining about me being out of state and expecting too much. My offer was $400 different than what they wanted for the car. Tried to contact them again in February and did not even get a response. Forget these clowns."

"The salesman/dealership pulled the bait and switch on me, I called and asked if the vehicle was still available. The salesman said that he physically went on the lot and “touched” the vehicle. He stated it was still available for sale. My drive was 1 hour to the dealership. Around 46 minuets into the drive I receive a phone call from the salesman stating that the vehicle had just been sold and asked if I was interested in another vehicle that was on the lot. I said absolutely not and hung up the phone. This has happened to me before in the past and it angers me that this tactic is used by untrustworthy salesmen. "

"I'm assuming the high marks for this dealership are for their new section, not the used section. I had to wait about 30-40 minutes for the car I wanted to look at to be available because it was being aligned. That was fine, during that time I saw the manager of the used department field a call with someone whom had bought a car there and called up with some type of problem that they said they fixed before sale. While the manager talked with this person on speaker phone he made motions like he was stroking himself to other sales people while he assured them their problem would be fixed. While still on the phone another sales person referred to him as a real "snake oil" salesman who would probably sell them another car over the phone. After the car arrived it was a pretty uneventful test drive coupled with the usual high pressure short supply/high demand tactics. I didn't end up buying the car because it was just so beat up that I didn't trust it at all. The manager assured me that all of the extensive cosmetic damage would be fixed by their body people only to have an suv pull in that was just recently purchased from them and have the customer need more paint and blemish correction. So, the used car you purchase there will have been extensively used and rehabbed by them, be aware of that. I doubt I would consider buying a car from the used portion of Farrish based solely on the manager and the extensive rehab vehicles there seem to have to go through."

"The dealer contacted me and I scheduled an appointment with the salesman, Manuel. As I was driving quite a distance to get there, he assured me the car would be there when I arrived and that he had it detailed and ready to go and the keys were on his desk, waiting for me. I text him to let him know we still about a half an hour away and he text me back and stated, they just sold the vehicle. We stopped along the side of the highway, dismayed at what just happened as he promised this wouldn't happen, with us driving so far. He wasn't planning on telling us that they sold this vehicle until we got there, hoping they could sell us something we didn't want. This is shady! We turned around and drove back home. The next day I got a follow up email from their internet sales division. I left her know my thoughts and later that day I received an email from the Sales Manager, stating he would compensate me for my time and gas. Yea right. I haven't heard back from him either! Does this dealership get this many disgruntled people that the Sales Manager can't keep up or am I the only one that this has happened to. Not likely. With the unprofessionalism I received online and text messages, I am glad we are purchasing elsewhere now. "

"Initially responded, but was very slow responding back. Never answered any of my questions. Week later responded that the truck had sold! Now they continue to email me to see if I'm interested in another vehicle. I would not ever buy from this dealership."
