After a miscommunication left me a bit sour, they reached out and informed me that they had fixed the issues with the car I had looked at. They didn’t just fix it themselves, they had a reputable mechanic fix it. By the time they reached out I had already purchased a different car, but I would be happy to return had I not found something elsewhere!

Vehicle reported no damages but has clear damage on the front passenger side

The car is damaged and missing peices of the bumper/ground effects, and smoke burns on the seats. I called to see the mini and they told me it was In Fitchburg and I can go see it. I asked why it wasn't in Arlington and they just said it wasn't. If I wanted them to bring it up they wanted a deposit. I refused to give a deposit but. They did bring it up 2 days later.

Dealer experience was ok, several things i asked for or questioned were not done or answered. Never purchased a behicle 'online' prior to this and wont do it again! Shipping schedule was all over the place- made several accommodations for car to be delivered only to find they changed yet again. Once car finally arrived, on a flatbed trailer being pulled by a regular truck, driver unloaded. He scraped the entire underside of the vehicle also the front bumper. Argued with me about it happening- yes, i was videoing and yes, we both saw the white paint on his trailer from my car. Broker on the phone, spoke broken English and just kept badgering and arguing with me to "just accept" and "pay for delivery" Sorry. I did not. Had an estimate done for repairs and its over $800! Attempted to contact delivery person AND WBM and NOTHING! No response from either. Still waiting and the clock is ticking for the 30 days to sign paperwork....

The staff was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. GREAT DEALERSHIP!
