My overall experience was excellent. The dealer contacted me immediately. I made an appointment with Terry for the next day. Looked at the vehicle test drove the vehicle and purchased the vehicle in less than 2 hours

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I made the verbal deal with the manager, and when I got to the dealership I was told they don't have the car and price was few thousand more. Ultimately after talking to them for a while they did honored the deal but I was at the dealership closed to 6 hours.

Bought the car, paperwork was done within 2 hours outside financing, waited another 3 hours before I met with financing which only took about 30 min. Inform the salesman I would pick the car up on Monday or Tuesday since they had not certified or detailed the car yet and I didn’t want it rushed and done right. Go figure, after having to wait 3 hours for financing they said they had the car just about ready, coincidence, maybe, maybe not. Could not get a second key for the vehicle out of them either, was told the car comes as is. There was a recall on the wipers, they said they fixed that, they didn’t but I didn’t find out until the next day. The dealership was an hour from me, so I took the car to a dealer that was closer to me to fix the wiper that was not working, they told me there were actually 3 recalls on the vehicle, I was never informed of this by Woodbridge, they also said the wiper was never fixed so they fixed that as well as the other two recalls, 2.5 more hours waiting

This was the easiest automobile buying experience I’ve ever had in my 60 years. My sales lady was the best. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my new Jeep. Best day. Best sales lady. Best dealer. 100%

Their response was commendable. Didn’t put any pressure but pure professional with helping mind.
