I found the car that I wanted and I worked with a salesman who sent me pictures and asked me if I could come today. I told him that was an out of town buyer but was willing to place earnest money down and come within a week. He stated he needed to check with his manager, and this was on a Sunday. I made arrangements to travel to pick up the car for that Friday. I sent two or three follow ups requesting if I could send money without a response. After no responses, I received a phone call on Monday afternoon stating the car had been sold. There was no apology or response to my request to send money. I was not impressed with the customer service experience at Darcars Chrysler. The least they could have done was clearly communicate with me, clear communication goes very far in the customer experience. As a result, I would not recommend buying from the dealership.

Very unexpected response when asked for the breakdown of charges in out the door price. Email stated "in 10 years, no one ever asked for breakdown of charges". This wasn't my first car purchase. Took my business to a more transparent and respectful dealer. I'll never recommend this business. Be transparent. Give more training to Y. Blanco.

Man i went to the dealer solely just to test drive this vehicle. Cory Poole energy was so great i told them i wasn’t buying this vehicle unless it’s him working with me. Him and the finacial team got them numbers looking right for me. Got an amazing offer for my trade in vehicle and BOOM!! Pulled off the lot with this exact SUV i freakin love it!!
