Clean facility seams like they have a friendly staff but when I was already approved for a loan I shouldn’t have had to spend 4 hrs. At the dealer

The car was dirty and it had a wheel bearing going out sounded like a helicopter taking off while driving.

After contacting the dealership and working a contract I mentioned I didn’t want the dealerships 3000 appearance package add on. So after asking them to remove and being told I would have an honored cash price. The dealership pulled the listed price on the internet and contract and raised both prices by 1500.00 claiming an error on the dealership end. How can you raise the price because I didn’t want the appearance package. I wouldn’t recommend using them due to these bait and switch tactics. I asked to speak with the general manager and never heard from him.
