Never got call, text, or email from anyone at dealership. I put in a request on Sunday late, then another one a different way Monday evening. Email finally came in that truck sold on Thursday.

Excellent experience. I went there just to look and ended up buying the jeep, The entire staff was great. I would suggest anyone looking to buy a new or used car go to this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

From my arrival I was warmly welcomed outside by Daniel who asked me if I was meeting someone I jokingly respond Yes you sir. We laughed and I assured me that he will be glad to help me and asked me which car I was looking for; and the car was just parked on my left like 2 minutes ego He says if someone had parked it here that means someone is already trying to buy but he tells while running let me go confirm it for you sir and I’ll do my best for you to have it so I ran after him. A minute later Daniel had the keys in his hands, with joy he tells me we are safe I got the keys and as long as I have them now you’re the top buyer lol. The transaction went so smoothly like He knew me for decades, even though there were little things that coming across He did everything in His power to keep me calm and comfortable. I made it to the dealership at 11 am, I had an offer at 12 pm and at 3 pm I parked my car on my driveway . Thank you Daniel, Shane and Michelle for putting customers first.

This was one of the worse experiences I have had. They begged me to come in I said please run the numbers first. They kept saying oh my manager says he can for sure get you in this car with $500 down. They finally call me back and say I need a down payment of 4,000 . I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time nor gas driving over there and was insistent that they be transparent over the phone or I would’ve wasted gas money if I could put $4000 down on a vehicle, especially a little $13,000 vehicle I would just go buy one out right and not be asking for financing. I had a similar experience with other Shottenkirk’s I thought maybe different lots a better experience different employees know all Shottenkirks have a very bad reputation and I understand why now.

Bait and Switch process of low listing price and high markup OTD 21.8% higher than listing price. 2023 Toyota Prius on the lot has been sitting since Nov 2025 and has not been sold. They are losing money by trying to bait buyers and waste time with exorbitantly high OTD.

Very professional and straight up

Deceptive pricing and wasted time. I spent over 6 hours negotiating a 2024 Ford Edge SEL AWD advertised at $21,990. From the start, I made it clear all numbers had to be OTD (out-the-door). We verbally agreed on $22,000 OTD. In finance, that agreement was ignored. Add-ons and fees were added on top, pushing the real price close to $24,000. When I questioned it and declined add-ons, the finance manager’s, Jason, attitude became rude and unprofessional. Despite clearly requesting only one credit pull, they ran two hard inquiries. I left without a deal but with wasted time and damage to my credit. This was a classic bait-and- switch at the finance desk. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency. Review every line carefully or expect to pay more than agreed.
