The dealer quickly responded to my inquiry; however, we were unable to agree on a price. This vehicle is way overpriced, and on top of that, as of tomorrow, it will be a yr. old. Not good.

Darian in Sales was excellent. Great experience. Finance almost killed the deal several times from upsale pressure, even though I had an 830 credit score and could've paid cash. I had to return the car for service immediately due to a wiring problem. My experience in Service was not good. The problem was fixed eventually. Additionally, Darian from Sales stepped in to help on the service issue. He is the sole reason that I didn't unwind this deal immediately.

- A supreme lack of communication overall, especially the onset of trying to sell a vehicle. - A complete misunderstanding of the numbers and no explanation for how the salesman arrived to an out the door price. - The questionable sales tactics, admitted verbatim from a Southfork CDJR sales representative, "I'll level with ya, that internet price is how we get people in the door, the add on's are where we make our money." - After taking pictures, misleading information on the vehicles paint condition (didn't know until the true condition of the paint until day of sale) (Got me in the door) - No loaner, accommodations, or help offered for a self admitted Dealer's mistake - To buy the truck at the internet price, a manager said ("take it or leave it") to purchase the $1700 paint and front window tint package on an almost BRAND NEW truck. I expected the truck to look as such upon delivery, it wasn't. - "NO BULL PRICING, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY", that didn’t happen.
