My experience with the team was Great, this was the best and smoothest transaction I have ever done. My sales person Eli was the Best.

Sales manager was helpful and even though I didn’t walk out the door with vehicle I will be back to purchase a vehicle.

Staff were excellent. The only issue for me was a bit to much texting but that may be because we took over a week to make the trip to the dealership. But on the whole an excellent exerience.

The saleman Sal Sanchez is great to work with; he is very patient in working a long distance purchase. Also the accessory shop manager Sal is great to work with; he and his team can handle any modifications. Highly recommend Helfman Ford

This was a horrible experience. I talked to AI for most of the time when I thought I was actually speaking to a human. I had my credit ran multiple times. I never understand they didn’t get back to me until after the car was sold told me everything would be OK then a week later told me I needed a cosigner which I never understood for a $10,000 car that I was willing to put $3000 on horrible service, horrible communication and because of this company my credit has gone down significantly for having it ran from so many times

Our first visit was pleasant, and the dealer showed us the car took it for a spin. Never was pushed on making a deal that day even though we really wanted this car. Told them we needed to make some connections, and we will let them know this was a done deal. Came 4 days later and sealed the deal.. Great customer service... will definitely be back in the future.
