I'm like 90% certain the 4-5 star reviews were employees, employee families, or just bots. The Employees were nice and attentive. They allow the relaxation of test driving on your own. This is a true change of pace, compared to having a dealer breath down your neck, or being parasitic. However, this is where the good experience ends. Upon moving forward you will learn that they do not move on asking price because the price you see online is their best and final. On top of that they add on MADITORY $3K worth of "used car protection" and new $700 mats?! You will think, "well surely I can have them remove these items" Fight tooth and nail and you only get HALF OFF for that s#*t. Their own websites says and I quote Mr. CLAY himself! "We never charge our customers for Dealer Adds, Market Adjustments, or hidden fees. The price that you see online is the price that you pay for your new or used vehicle." Well that was a lie! So much for the "Family Guarantee"!

Meddled with my financing application and contract, added things on contract I never asked for, I was told my original salesman that I had 16 different financing options and when I was about to sign, I was then told there was only one. DONT walk, RUN away from this place, very sketchy and untrustworthy. Also it took the service team EIGHT HOURS to have the car “ready for test drive”. We got there at 9:30 am and didn’t leave until 7, the only reason we even waiting so long is because we drive from almost 3 hours out, if it weren’t for that I would’ve been gone much earlier.

Classic Chevrolet is very competitive on price, but I decided to go with a Ford Expedition.
