Dealerships near me (Grand Prairie, TX)

Wasn’t helpful at all! I filled out the application and was ready to come visit but sale women communication was horrible. I asked for pricing, called the office 4 time and no one answered. Really upset because I was truly interested in the vehicle but don’t recommend at all!

Despite emailing them and leaving a voicemail, no one ever responded to me.

We got there and the salesman was brand new. 2nd day there. Went to drive the car it made a horrible noise when leaving. Went to back it in and made a hard jerk feeling. Went inside the sales manager asked how it was. Told him the issues and he wanted keep telling us it passed the inspection by mechanics. Then he and the salesman left for over 10 minutes so we left. I also don’t like these dealerships that have 30 salesman walking around like vulchers everywhere you look. Just wasn’t great service or atmosphere.

Staff acted inconvenienced over basic questions. Asked if I could see other cars was told to walk around and look... told to look up prices on my phone. Asked a couple questions about the original car I came to see and kept getting finance or cash? How would you pay? I had cash in hand but when every question is met with payment choices it gives buy the car or not. Would never purchase a car from here.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle here due to needing a quick purchase, Anthony was fantastic and I do believe I would have been happy purchasing from them had I been able to.
