Chevrolet dealerships near me (East Chicago, IN)

I got a polite response from them (Thanks) but no answer to my question. I asked for information on fees, and tax for my zip - twice. The only response I could get was ‘call for a test drive appointment’. I’m 5 hours away from them and i buy with a locally sourced inspection. I need the basics from a dealer before I commit to hire an inspector. If they aren’t forthcoming I just move on.

Very friendly unfortunately vehicle just not what I was after.

Sent email, talked to sales person, drove 1.5 hrs to see them to only get a text 8 minutes away from dealership that car was unavailable. Sold to another dealer as it is now back out on the internet for sale $5000 higher at new dealership. Van had unique feature so I am 100% sure it is same van. Disappointing to say the least. Talked all day, salesperson new I was coming and not taken care of IMHO.

Stood around for 45 minutes because 2 others looking at the vehicle. Never honored our appointment to view the vehicle. After 45 minutes sales man stuck his head out the door and said it was sold. Never offer to do anything to see if we wanted another vehicle . Worst dealer around

Bill Kay, via email and phone contacted me. Salesman Paul, even texted me on his day off to follow up. Paul sent me some pics he took. Whether or not I buy the car, the responses from Bill Kay/Paul have been incredibly helpful.

They run my credit to 5 banks as hard enquiry and they told me I was approved by Santander bank. I was agree and told them I was coming from Illinois with 40% downpayment. In the middle of the road Josh Talaski called and told me they sold the car to someone else. Believe me these people have the worst customer service.
