1997 pontiac firebird- wipers wont work. motor good, board good,switch has power, but will only wash

we have replaced the motor and board but will still not do anything but wash.  switch on wheel has power?  Do you know another alternative fix????

Replace the wiper switch on the column...and just because you replaced the motor doesnt make it good...i would test for voltage at the motor when the comand is given to move it. is the wiper motor bcm (body control module) controlled or does it draw its signal voltage directly from the wiper switch?? the washer bottle motor is a completely separate entity so doint invole it in your thought process...
