Everytime i turn on my Mercury capri xr turbo it blows white gas non stop.what could it possibly be?

IT happens most of the time but some days it will just magically stop for a whole day.

Blows white gas? You mean white smoke out the tailpipe? Usually means your burning coolant/antifreeze. Do a compression check on your engine cylinders, you might have a headgasket failure.

Ditto on what Tom stated. Also check your turbo to see if it is cooled by both systems, oil and coolant, it is possible that it may also be leaking internally.
