Asked by Jun 04, 2016 at 02:40 PM about the 2000 Mercury Villager 4 Dr STD Passenger Van

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I went into the store came back out and tried to
start my van. It does nothing, not even a click. The
battery is good. I was thinking starter, but how do i
check? Or any other ideas?

Did you test the battery to know it is good? Just because the lights are on in the car doesn't mean it has enough amps to get the car started. Call roadside assistance to get you back home or to a garage.

Check the battery cables, might need cleaning. Do the headlights come on?
