A extremely loud sound turned on in my car

With in 30 seconds of starting and
driving my car ,a extremely loud buzzer
sound turned on and I believe it was
coming thru my sound system it would
not turn off until I pulled over and shut
the car and radio off I was using blue
tooth at the time any ideas
