Try these..there are threads about that.. seems like not rare to happen in a Cherokee******* http://answers.yahoo.com/question**********/index?qid=2007050219580 *******http://www.topix.com/forum/autos/jeep-grand-cherokee/TLD3377MRH0IR5PNM ********http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f13/death-wobble-cured-124861/ ******http://www.driveoffroad.com/death-wobble/ ******* And a Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kysbQ9SEkfU
in 4wd, the jerking and grinding when turning is normal. this is due to ft. wheels turning faster than rear wheels. this causes the drive shafts to bind up. this is why you should only use 4wd on wet or slippery surfaces. The shaking at 55 could be wore out stabilazer shock, trackbar joint at body end, bad shocks or tierod ends.
