SIRIUS AND PHONE MALFUNCTIONING

I bought a 2017 subaru outback in october of 2020 and my sirius was good
till january, thought i would try to solve it with them and found out at the end
of jan. it was a well known subaru issue, my delaership replaced the radio
with a refurbished radio and it worked for 24 hours and was gone again. The
sirius is stuck on one channel and cant change it, if i get a phone call i lose
everything and the only way to fix it is to shut off the car and turn it back on.
Now the dealership wants to unpair my phone and try other phones to see if
that does anything, i know it wont so i am asking for any help that anyone
can please give me. thank you
