I recently had a serious problem with Colin Appleyard who claim that my last half dozen email messages sent via yourselves asking for a Full Refund of my "Fully Refundable Holding Deposit" I believed that my messages were being ignored But after finally receiving a phone call just now from Matthew and an apology, explaining that they had never rceived any of my messages Except the rather Strongly worded email I sent this afternoon! Matthew made the refund immediately! !

For serious issues like this you need to use registered mail.
