I have a 1991 Honda Civic Si Hatchback with only 99,300 miles on it. I have noticed that it does not have the same power it used to have and it takes forever to get up to normal driving speeds and I have difficulty going up some hills as well. What is wrong and what is my car trying to tell me?

How long has it been since your last good tune up? (Plugs, plug wires, air filter, fuel filter, ect)
