My engine has a constant tick

Hey there I have a 03 Hyundai Tiburon V6 that
ticks and I replaced the hydraulic lash adjusters
because thought that was the cause and they
needed to be but I put new ones in and tick came
back also using Hyundai filter and 5w30 and no oil
light or check engine lights and timing belt was
done 2 months ago

Try adding some Lucas Engine Oil Stabilizer to your oil ( do not over fill ) had a tick in a vehicle I was working on told person that owned vehicle to try adding to oil within 45 minutes tick was gone. How ever no promises.
