Not familiar with that model, but you can probably buy the owners manual which will tell you how to do it on ebay in PDF format for about $3. If not, you should be able to call your Honda dealer's service department and have them tell you. If not, look up Honda USA on the web, call their service number and give them hell if they can't tell you. I that does not work email me and we'll find out for you

Turn on your radio, it will display the word “code.” To enter the code, use the preset station buttons (numbered one through six) on the face of the radio. If you have done this correctly, the word “code” will disappear and the radio will begin working.

Hey thank you for your help. I hope this might help someone else... I needed to take out my radio to get to the serial number which seemed like alot of trouble. So I took off the panel as instructed online, then instead of taking out the radio I used a dental mirror and a flashlight and if you can read numbers backward and upside down then you save yourself time!! I then called the dealership told them I had the serial # and needed the code. What I needed to do was push the numbers 1 and 6 together with the radio off, then while still holding 1 and 6 down turn the radio on and it said "code" so I entered the code and it turned on. Hope this helps somone
