why does my car ac slow down and engine bay screech when turning to the left.

When I turn my car to the left and give it a little gas it starts to whine/ screech
near the engine. My A/C also starts to blow slower. Any guesses?

I found out that the car's ac water drain line was plugged. The water overflows into the blower on a sharp left turn.I had the line cleared and it did not happen anymore. 2001 Honda Civic LX
