Car shakes and also has hesitation when accelerating

When I accelerate, I notice my car has a bit of a “wobbling” sensation that I
can feel in the gas pedal of the car. I also notice there are times when I
accelerate, my car will go but in a somewhat “jerking” type of way. What do
you think the issue could be?
