In order, heres what id do. Check for leaks around the clutch slave and master cylinders(even inside where the pedal rod goes into the firewall), check the pin for the clutch slave cylinder it may have worn down, check to see of the release fork has bent you should be able to pull the rubber grommet back for inspection, watch the slave for movement while someone pushes the pedal and releases it, if isnt getting it full travel several things could be at fault including the fluid, flush it with new and see of theres any improvement its cheap and easy to do, I do mine every year or 2 (including my brake fluid). If everything is in check and you're still having troubles the last things to suspect are the clutch disc itself is worn or the clutch master and or slave cylinder has worn seals. A quick (but not definitive) test for that is to kick the pedal to floor quickly but with not much force, if you're able to get into gear that way the hydraulics are to blame. Still no joy you're looking at replacing the clutch kit
