Why I get low heat

I do get heat but higher the fan colder the temp and if idling it goes cold
warms up a little when driving

The thermostat might need replacing but if it is super cold you might need to partially block off the radiator. Make sure you do not over heat the engine!

I blocked off rad didn't make a difference wondering if a back flush or waterpump may fix it?
