I have a1985 Volvo wagon 240 and it failed the nox the MAX :788 AVE:473 MEAS:1507 this was at 15 mph. I don't understand it. Could you please help me. Thank you S

You could have a bad catalytic converter, you could also being burning lean..

Not enough fuel, could be clogged fuel filter, or fuel pressure needs to be adjusted, or the fuel pump is lagging or going bad could causing a lean condition.
