2002 4cyl caravan shut off when hot and starts rirht up after 2 minutes

The problem is most likely just overheating. With two minutes of cooling that's overcome and the engine starts again. Find the cause. Might be low coolant, bad thermostat or water pump, misfires, etc. Start by getting OBD codes read for direction. Or as the cooling happens over a very short time, it might be electrical, like loose battery cable connections.
