03 neon stuttering after start and at acceleration

When I start my car,  I have to turn it to the on
position and let the fuel pump run before starting
it.  When I try to start it it seems like it's not
wanting to start then finally starts.  After that it
stutters a bit. Then if you gas it from a start,  it will
stutter and then go.  Not sure if it's something with
the fuel system or the ignition coil

Sounds like the fuel pump isn't pumping the right amount of fuel for it to start. Most likely need a new fuel pump

I figured maybe needing that. But it will stay running for hours but still kick when trying to take off from a stop and sometimes while changing gear, it will stutter. But the vehicle only has 80*** miles
